At ThemsO ("we", "us", "our"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use our application.

2. Information Collection

When you create an account, we collect the following information:

• Email address (for account creation and authentication)
• Authentication tokens (to keep you signed in)
• Google account information (if you sign in with Google, including your name and email)

Your notes, tasks, and other content are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising purposes.

3. Google Drive Integration

If you choose to attach files from Google Drive, the Service uses the drive.file scope to access only the files you explicitly select through the Google Picker. We do not access, read, or store the contents of your Drive files. Only metadata (file name, URL, icon, and thumbnail URL) is saved as a reference in your account.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage technologies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. This data is essential for the operation of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Google — OAuth sign-in and Drive file attachments
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your notes, tasks, attachments, and personal information are permanently removed from our systems.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When any changes occur, we will post the updated policy on this page.
